I get what it's like to feel out of balance with food, fitness, & healthy habits. My individualized nutrition coaching sessions aim to help you improve your health through nutrition, become a more mindful eater, and fine-tune what you already know through continued guidance and support. With a little nutrition coaching, you'll improve your relationship with food and learn to incorporate simple tips to make healthy eating easy for you and just feel better.

I believe all foods can fit in a healthy lifestyle. When we work together, I don't 'put you on a diet. If I did this, you'd be right back where you started a month down the road. We work together to develop healthy habits to last your lifetime. We work to find the foods and habits that work best for you, your body, and your lifestyle.

Let's start with a free 10-minute phone consultation to get to know each other and find out if we're a good fit. We can discuss your challenges, goals, and how I can help. We can work together to find or create a package option that fits for you.

First Session

In our first session together, we review your current lifestyle and dietary habits, as well as your health history, nutrition needs, and your goals. We work together to develop a plan to help you reach your goals.

Behavior change takes time and commitment. With ongoing support, we continue to adapt your nutrition plan to meet your needs and help you stay accountable.


Not in Bozeman? No problem, I meet with clients virtually all across the country through a secure telehealth system.

Coaching sessions are offered as packages as this is how clients have the most success.
